Short version: YouTube Queue Multi Screen does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The extension has no server and makes no network requests. Everything it saves stays on your own computer.

1. Who we are

YouTube Queue Multi Screen ("the Extension") is a browser extension that lets you play YouTube videos on one screen while managing your queue on another. This policy explains what the Extension does with data on your device.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect any data. The Extension contains no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking pixels, no advertising SDK, and no backend server. It never sends information anywhere over the network.

Specifically, the Extension does not collect or process:

3. Data stored locally on your device

To do its job, the Extension saves a small amount of state using the Chrome storage.local API. This data lives only in your browser profile on your computer. It is never uploaded, synced to any account, or shared with us or any third party.

Stored valueWhat it containsWhy it is needed
queueYouTube video IDs and video titles you added to the queueTo keep your queue after you close the popup or restart the browser
playingThe video ID, title, and playback state (paused, ad showing, fullscreen) of the current videoTo show what is playing in the popup and on the second screen
mainPlayerTabIdThe numeric browser tab ID you designated as the main playerTo send play and skip commands to the correct tab
isEnabledA true/false switchTo remember whether you turned the Extension on or off

None of these values identify you as a person.

4. Permissions and why they are used

PermissionPurpose

Host access to https://www.youtube.com/*To run the content script that reads the current video ID and title, controls playback, and skips ads — on YouTube pages only. The Extension does not run on any other website.

5. Third parties

The Extension does not use any third-party service, library, or API that receives your data. It does not sell, rent, transfer, or share data with anyone, because it never obtains any data to begin with.

The Extension operates on top of YouTube, which is a Google service with its own terms and privacy practices. Your use of YouTube itself remains governed by the Google Privacy Policy. This Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.

6. Limited use disclosure

The use of information received by the Extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Extension does not transfer user data to third parties, does not use it for advertising or credit-scoring purposes, and does not allow humans to read it.

Locally stored data remains until you remove it. You can delete it at any time by:

Because no data ever leaves your device, there is nothing for us to retain, export, or delete on our side, and no data deletion request is necessary.

8. Children's privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

9. Security

All data stays inside your browser profile and is protected by your operating system and browser security. The Extension requests only the minimum permissions required for its features to work.
